Had initial appointment with Dr. Steed, which included a hearing test and thorough discussion on my lifestyle and activities and what features I’d like from hearing aids. Appointment allowed plenty of time for questions and discussion and I’m quite glad they encouraged me to bring my spouse. Dr. Steed is very thorough, personable, a good listener and explained things extremely well and in a manner that was easy to understand. My next appointment is next week to be fitted with the hearing aids she recommended, so hopefully that goes as well as the initial appointment. So far, very pleased with my decision to use Adept Audiology for my hearing improvement journey.

I've been wearing hearing aids for 3 1/2 years, but the experience I had at Adept Audiology was exemplary compared to previous hearing aid experiences. Initial appointment was moved a week early at my convenience when a time opened up. The office is very nicely decorated, clean and spacious with top of the line equipment and furnishings. I met three lovely ladies who provided the BEST services: Cherie at reception is delightful; Ashley who helped greatly with programing the hearing aids with my phone; and Dr. Tonya Steed who gave me medical information I have not received before in my other experiences, including ENT. They all are very thorough in their positions. Their care, attention to detail, and Doctor's findings and recommendations were explained completely with all my questions answered. I am so blessed to have found Adept Audiology.

Just learned I need hearing aids and was referred to Adept through my insurance. What a great experience! Dr Steed took time walking through all the options, and even empathized with the emotional aspect of needing hearing aids at a young(er) age. Haven’t started using the aids yet, but wanted to share my pleasant experience with the initial visit.

Dr. Tonya and her staff helped every step of the way to receive the hearing aids for my Dad. They worked with our insurance, helped tuning them up and even worked with the warranty to recover the hearing aids. Every visit to Adept Audiology office was a very pleasant experience! Highly recommend!!!
(Be aware of some other places! They lure you in and say that they accept your insurance, but at the end everything comes out of pocket.)

I was tested for hearing and balance issues by Dr. Karsen Spinks. She was excellent. She did every kind of test to find out what was wrong with me. After the testing she explained everything in detail. I was happy to find out that I had an inner ear problem that was making me lose my balance and it could be fixed with physical therapy. Thank you so much Dr. Spinks. If you have a problem with balance, I highly recommend you see Dr. Spinks.

Such nice women, a pleasure to work with
Dr. Bride is wonderful. She really knows and understands hearing issues in us older adults. Love the hearing aids she recommended. I find them comfortable to wear–I forget I have them on. I especially liked that she introduced a bit more about them at each subsequent visit instead of overwhelming me with all the details at one sitting. Eve, her secretary/receptionist is equally helpful and knowledgeable about hearing aids. She is able to fix, repair and replace batteries, battery doors, ear pieces easily. All in all a very positive experience for me. Such nice women, a pleasure to work with.
